I’m at 700TT and it’s definitely a grind instructing right now but I also know so many can’t even get a CFI gig right now so I’m super thankful. I think your advice is so valid and it really is just about remembering why we got into aviation in the first place and to keep pushing. I know my time will come when it’s meant to!
