for anyone worried about cutting the grapes- genuinely a good alternative is practicing safe chewing starting at home + teaching the importance of safety with grapes. As kids age up and aren't with you 24/7 they are often exposed to situations as simple as uncut grapes and it's better to have them prepared :)

I rinse my boiled eggs after I peel them as well! Then dry them with paper towel. I feel like if I don’t rinse them, tiny pieces of shell stick to the egg. 😊

as someone who has a sister who sits at the allergy tables, they sit completely alone. it’s horrible. she was the only one of her friends with an allergy so she ate lunch alone everyday
