Hey boo, you shouldn’t pay cash for a car this much. Now the Honda you paid for was cool, but getting a brand new car in the current year and paying 100k for it makes no sense. It’s going to lose its value as soon as you drive off the lot. Lease it, put 5-10k down and invest the other 90-95k into an income property. Just food for thought. Just cuz you got it to spend doesn’t mean paying cash is always best specially not for a car.
