to my understanding, they never made Patrick explain why he changed clothes, why the digital forensics showed he was at home at the time the children would have been ended, and why he wasnt treated as a suspect given his suspicious behavior and story that doesn't line up.

her lawyer is doing rlly well- i think he should prove first that she wasn’t of sound mind and therefore her confession isn’t valid and then he can propose a second trial to prosecute patrick bc there’s so much more evidence against him but im not a lawyer either so idk

30 different medications tried over the 3 months prior to this event… she wasn’t mentally stable enough to be home alone with her children. She should have been in a mental health hospital until they managed to find the correct medication treatment and had her set up with proper therapy treatment. She was not of sound mind in anyway. The doctors failed her.

I don't' think people understand how crazy switching from Trazodone, to Sertraline, to Seroquel (quetiapine) within days is. My psychiatrist informed me Seroquel takes a month or two before you notice any effects. Some nurses have said it even takes days to have manic episodes and experiences of that sort. Same with Sertraline. These meds can’t just be stopped and started at random. They are changing the literal chemistry in your brain. This is medical malpractice and neglect of a patient. They just did whatever they wanted to get her to stop complaining. The doctors should be held accountable.
