whiteboards are legit the same size and could fit in the same container. also, stop getting rid of tried and trues for more technology 😭 they should be using pencils, paper, and whiteboards. not chromebooks and tablets. especially in elementary school. they get enough screen time at home, and it shows

i had these last year and i was not a fan. it was difficult to see what they wrote and the button wouldn’t always work sometimes.

I have both to help with engagement. The LED boards can only be erased completely. For many tasks you want students to be able to make corrections without having to start over writing completely. For those things whiteboards are better. For quick or short answers or games the LED boards are fun. Also with the black background if the student is at certain angle or far away its hard to see their answers. Whiteboards are easier to see. It is fun to have both though if you can and students love them for drawing.

My students got sooo frustrated with these. If we do a sentence dictation with these and a Ss makes one mistake they have to erase the whole thing. I got them to vote- they all said they rather use whiteboards

It’s very difficult to see students’ responses. And it’s so hard to read from far away, I prefer whiteboards. I like the idea but I hope one day this type of LCD tablets work well… this is. It happening now
