next time immediately call booking.com and tell them this and you want a refund immediately and the reservation canceled. the address didn't match and the name doesn't match. this is a safety risk and unacceptable.

Girl just book Lake Las Vegas! Amazing scenery .. about 20-30 mins from the strip, but lake mead leads you all the way to the strip! Use a rental car and you’re all set! The rooms are also like $200 for a room with a whole living room + HUGE room & bathroom.

Ya’ll victim blaming are fucken weird 😅 I made this video to raise awareness so it doesn’t happen to other people. Yes I shouldn’t have used a third party, I have in the past many times and never have had an issue but lesson learned. No we were not trying to go cheap, we went straight smack in the middle of the price range on what hotels were going for that weekend. Maaaaaybe just MAYYYYYBE let’s blame the corporation that is making TWO FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS of hotels that don’t exist to trick people instead of blaming the people it happens to??????????

Here’s what you need to do ASAP: 1. Report them and file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and/or FTC. 2. Contact your bank and dispute all charges bc it’s fraud. Period. 3. Leave a review EVERYWHERE you can and caution others

I had the same thing happen to me! That place was terrible! And the elevator did not work any of the days and we saw human feces in the hallway!

Booking.com is horrible in general I always called a hotel. I wanna stay out directly and they’ll usually match the online price or give you even better deal and then you know for sure you’re booking with the hotel you want.
