this is a perfect example of misdiagnosing someone that follows them for years in medical records that future doctors, nurses, therapists ext will also MISINTERPRETE medical records...no other doctor is going to read this therapists mind and interpret what she really meant...its important to be fully accurate in what is written down....I told a doctor years ago that there is no family history of cancer and he wrote down that there IS a family history of cancer and it fallowed ne from doctor to doctor and tool years to finally get ot off my medical records....I got tired of being asked about something I don't have nore any of my family members I got tired of being recommended FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE.....I hope this lady gets her license taken away...
