After seeing another post of the incident, I had to rush to find out the outcome. As being retired military as a veterinary technician, I understand the valuable resource working dogs are. I’m still a veterinary technician and still love my job. Amputations are sometimes sad, but yet joyous in certain circumstances as a life-saving measure against cancer or in his case, a gunshot wound. Tripods do extremely well. Just don’t gain too much weight! I’m sure your handler will keep you on a strict diet, don’t worry good boy treats will always be there for you!
