Same thing happened to me!! We were told we had weeks with our dog because she had cancer, took her to an oncologist and they were like she does not have cancer who told you that lol

Always get a second opinion and please don’t rush to give your dog the things he usually can’t have because reality is that your essentially making their stomachs hurt and causing them discomfort until the day they pass. And why treat their final days that way? Give them safe treats they’ve never had, but not the ones that hurt their precious little bellies ❤️

We did the same thing. Ours was eating steak,chicken & liver with steamed vegetables twice a day with a cookie for dessert, as we were told he only had a week at best. 16 months later hes back to dog food & he's watching us eat like "where's my plate?" 🤣

wait same they told us we had to put our cat down, has an appointment for euthanasia later that day. Decided to go get a second opinion just in case - cat just had a uti and needed antibiotics. Perfectly fine 3 days later??
