Not gonna lie. As a leader, that man failed. He should not be tearing people down. And there is nothing wrong with working for Amazon. No job is beneath anyone, if it’s not what’s satisfying then it becomes motivation to get you where you want to be.

I was court marshalled while in the navy my leadership failed me I went on back to back deployments had severe depression not making excuses for myself I knew I was messing up but I did reach out to them several times n they told me to suck it up it’s the navy I served 6 years several awards including good conduct n I and one mistake (UA) unauthorized absence n then court marshalled me for that lost my benefits was told a I was gonna be nothing as civilian, it’s been almost 8 years now I make 60/hr as a master tech have a beautiful fiance n we are expecting our first child together turns out just needed proper meds for depression n helped follow my oath

Not gonna lie, naval officers are some of the worst leaders I’ve ever seen. They let their Chiefs push them around. Who are also pretty terrible at mentoring. I left the Navy after 10 years and enjoying the army and never looked back. Best decision I ever made.

I knew a couple of guys like this. I wondered how they even tied their shoes in the morning. One of them went to school for chemical engineering and makes way more than I do. The other own his own SEMI and is a private Hauler.
