Don't listen to the haters. so many New Yorkers are discovering New London. The Hamptons are overcrowded and overpriced. a home on the southern side of this beautiful town will be worth a lot of money. I know people who have homes in Old saybrook and Westbrook and they're bored. so much going on at Ocean Beach. if you're into boating, Thames yacht club. in a 20 mile radius we have some of the finest restaurants.

People calling new London disgusting are sadly misinformed . You can’t call new London disgusting . It’s not the most dangerous town either . Plus this home is on the beach . New London is a shoreline town with rich views . Rich life and a lot to choose from .

I'm not sure if you only deal with sales but I'm looking for a rental in the area. 2 adults, 6yr old and 1 cat with a 19 yr old who comes home for the summer. 800 credit score for both, 3 times rent isn't a problem, no evictions, our lease is up October 1st and we don't want to renew. Hoping for Groton area.
