If kaya din wash your private part every palit ng pad. if nasa labas ng bahay ,you can buy femenine wipes na may anti bacterial contents. may comments pa na oa daw sa pads. NO. hygiene yan. very important. uneducated yung ibang comments, iba iba ng flow ng period, depend pa sa lagay ng uterus yan. GIRLIES✨✨ KEEP YOUR HYGIENE, ITS NOT KAARTIHAN. ITS HYGIENE.

different packs give different kinds of services. 😅 like for the first 2 days, it's heavy flow. iba rin sa gabi for heavy flow, para iwas tagos. iba rin Ang gamit kapag normal flow. Wala Kaseng pack ng sanitary napkin na sama-sama yang mga Yan eh, no? dapat Meron Ganon na sa isang pack may heavy, night use at regular flow.

Menstrual disc is the key guys! Mas madali ipasok at linisin tapos when nasa public bathroom, pedeng di mo alisin to empty. Fflex mo lang pelvic muscles mo na parang iihi ka para mag-empty siya. Very convenient unlike cups or pads.
