It is resistor R010, can be found in power Banks, MP3 and other smart devices with small components. You can also use diode D1 & D2 as in my image, along with 2 other different types of zenner diodes, which can all be mostly found in many types of chargers and condemned electronics, all works perfectly 💯👍. ⚠️Just be mindful of the positive and negative sides of the diode or Resistor (Resistor/diode's positive side to be jumped to device's charging+, while negative side to be jumped to device's battery+). Planning on posting these stuffs during my spare time, you might want to follow to not miss out 👍..
