@milesthetrainer: Training more doesn’t always mean building more muscle. If your strength is dropping, workouts suddenly feel harder, soreness is lingering, sleep is getting worse, or motivation is disappearing, you may be accumulating more fatigue than your body can recover from. Training every day isn’t automatically overtraining. The bigger issue is when your training volume and intensity consistently exceed your recovery capacity. Muscle growth and strength require the full equation: resistance training + enough protein + quality sleep + recovery. True overtraining syndrome is relatively uncommon, but chronic under-recovery can still stall your progress and reduce training quality. Train hard enough to create a reason to adapt. Recover well enough to actually adapt. Save this before planning your next workout week. #Overtraining #MuscleRecovery #MuscleGrowth #StrengthTraining #workouttips
