Had that issue doing the cass-lagoon saddle up to the A-frame hut with my best mate, he's like super fit while im just fit enough. So steep at the start so cooked me right away till we got out the pines onto the saddle, could keep up then cause its not just uphill. Luckily the bro would wait for me to be good to go though, he just wanted to walk at a comfortable pace
