I personally think Severian will be Electric Anomaly (only because I want him to work with Seth), and also, thanks to Cissia we know he is indeed very strong, basically at Promeia's level since Cissia said if they two fought it would be like killing two birds with one stone

Story wise I’m guessing he’s likely going to be some form of New Eridu representative whose currently still not allowed on the main island (cause I believe that was mentioned during the story), or maybe the Mayor’s rep outside of Victoria Housekeeping

he's 100% Electric or wind, i can easily feel that, as for his class he's either Rupture or Armourer or even Defense if they still care about that role lol, now this is kind of a Sidenote but i think the next at least 3 males after Severian should be fully human,we currently have 15 male agents with only 3 of them being fully human,which is genuinely ridiculous,yes i get that the game has a variety in species but C'mon 3 out of 15 is genuinely criminal.

I think whatever he is it's probably gonna be niche in a way you either need a specific team or most people just aren't going to like playing him because they would do that again to another male character. maybe he'll even just get a 10 day banner before sunbringers to really make sure only a handful of people bother pulling

i think i have an idea more or less for story. considering hes introduced with youkai i would say hes likely going to be a part of this plotpoint... and let's not forget that "emergency" that seemingly got teased in that onr stream? perhaps there too, slightly? those are my two big guesses
