I’m surprised that he would post this thinking anyone would be on his side. Every bill that I have has a due date and if I missed that due date, I pay a late fee. Even on my utilities. I don’t know where he’s been living but he is wrong and she is not being rude.

The mistake was giving him more than one Waiver. If rent is not paid by the 1st or waiting period per policy, you’re late. He needs to rearrange his paycheck to ensure money for rent is always available
