Disappearing messages is bad but sometimes it is due to storage space but still not justified. Then for read receipt I will always turn it off. Some questions need time to respond to. I may be busy in the office and then mistakenly open a message that needs time to respond to and when read receipt is on the customer may think I am ignoring. I am working both on site and off site and messages are always very many daily. For instance a customer who want to do design for her wedding need time to respond to. The total of Jotters, banners, stickers and all need time to be calculated and carefully quoted.
