The purpose of a camp meeting is to deny yourself the comfort you get at home,,putting your physical needs on pause and concentrate more on your spiritual comfort,,to draw nearer to our Heavenly Father,,now if you're carrying the comfort kuenda nayo ku camp,,what's the purpose of going then?,,all I see is people going to show off n talk about and also look at who came with what,,,we've really turned a blind eye on the spiritual aspects and importance of church camp meetings,,agree or not...I said what I said.

am an Adventist but am no longer seeing the purpose of going kuma camp meeting they seem to be more of show off than worshipping God the comfort which people are now taking there is just the same as staying home and worship from home even the way people dress there ,the food they carry hmmmm it's something else
