My flat is still hot with fan on and cooling mats and my dog is still panting, I will keep putting cool water on her chest and paws neck , I even put a damp towel down but she didn’t want to lay on it, I feel sorry for every animal suffering in this heat

I wet my Cavapoo and she’s perks up and is touchably cooler . But she doesn’t have an undercoat so that maybe why 💕

I rinse the butt area & paws to cool my Pomeranian he lives indoors and drinks a lot of water, & lays on cool tile. I also trim his fur hair to help him from the summer heat.
