50 times? The person who fired the first shot is guilty as hell! There was no need for that shot. The others then slaughtered the poor man and are also guilty! One bullet to the leg would have brought him down. In fact, if all police had simply retreated to plot an apprehension strategy, they could have easily captured him alive! That is my opinion…
