I remember my family visited Scotland in 1977, just before I turned 7. We mostly stayed around Glasgow. but spent a day in Edinburgh. There was a shop that all sorts of Airfix toy soldiers, so my dad bought me a pack of Russian infantry. I then played with them while sitting atop one of the walls of the castle. It was a very fun day!
