Researchers found that several BPA alternatives were actually more potent than BPA itself at mimicking estrogen (Mesnage et al., Toxicological Sciences, 2017). That goes for plastic water bottles and plastic lunch containers, especially when they hold hot food. Swap to stainless steel: a Hydro Flask or Stanley bottle, and Target's Cat & Jack stainless steel bento box.. For lunches, pack simple swaps like almond flour crackers, Applegate organic turkey, and Organic Valley cheddar instead of ultra-processed snacks. Send this to a parent packing school lunches this week.

heard that stanley cups still have chemicals that they put mostly in the manufacture of the company. Hydroflask is something i have not heard having problems or chemical check ups so go for the hydroflask for a better result.

So when the school demands, we use a plastic clear bottle is there any save option because I’ve been using stainless steel ones and my daughter’s be told she can’t use it. I did a lot of research to find one that was safe and now I’m being told I have to use plastic.
