@newswithtroy: Last night, while taking photos and videos of the lightning storm, emergency vehicles suddenly started arriving with their lights on. Apparently, Water Rescue Units and South Hero Fire were dispatched to Lake Champlain near the Route 2 Sandbar by the flagpole for a report of a kayak found with no one aboard. The tones went out at 8:54 PM. The search continued for about an hour, but crews ultimately had to end the search because another storm was moving into the area. #police #searchandrescue #vt #fyp #vermont
