@thegravgear: Pulling means your back is the primary mover. Not your arms. In a curl, the movement happens at your elbow. Your lats barely participate. That's fine if you want bigger arms. It does nothing for the muscles that hold your shoulders back. Real pulling runs in two directions. Vertical: pull-ups and chin-ups, moving your body up to the bar. Horizontal: rows, pulling something to your chest while your torso stays still. Most people do neither consistently, then wonder why their posture looks the way it does.
