3kms of writing per barrel.. perfect weight (with the lid). They changed the lid design by adding the no choke hole in the top. Please admire my empty pen collection. This is seriously serious business

That is not wholly true.. up until the 80s the pen top had a sealed top.. Safety improvements were added, including a vent hole in the cap to reduce choking risk if swallowed.

The black and red ones. These are the pens I use as a teacher. Nothing writes as clearly until the very end of the ink.

And BIC lighters, permanent design collection of Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Never has it happened that that loghter got broken before it runs out of gas.

that pen is their WORST too. if not THE worst stationary pen i have ever had. it skips a bunch, it has a very dull and boring colour, it constantly has to be shaken so you can use it cuz the ink gets lodged in the middle of the cartridge, AND it dries out SO often. this pen would survive a nuclear explosion just to spite you, and will sit at the bottom of your pencil case mocking you your entire school year… just BEGGING to be given to your unfortunate classmate, who will never remember to give it back, and they will think it’s a pretty reliable pen because look! it’s that one iconic BIC pen!! wrong. the cycle the. continues torturing other sorry souls to the BIC Shit Pen. i rest my damn case.
