So, in plain English: if a tour operator sells a package holiday where pool loungers are an advertised facility, and the hotel allows them effectively to be monopolised by towel reservations despite having rules against it, that can amount to a defect in the holiday and justify a partial refund.

esto pasa por que la ocupación de la piscina es menor de las habitaciones que hay y la gente tiene que darse prisa en pillar hueco si no se ve sentada en el suelo. la culpa aqui es del hotel por tener mas habitaciones que hamacas.
