🍋 Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Bow Ties • Bow tie pasta • Frozen shrimp (thaw under cold running water) • Lemon juice • Minced garlic • Butter • Your favorite seasonings • 1 cup reserved pasta water • Mushrooms + sun-dried tomatoes (optional) • Freshly shaved Parmesan Cook pasta & save 1 cup pasta water. Sauté shrimp in butter, lemon juice, garlic & seasonings. Add pasta water, then mushrooms/sun-dried tomatoes if using. Toss in bow ties, mix it all together & finish with freshly shaved Parmesan.
