@saltsugarandstories: Well… today took a few turns. 😂 We dropped Bash off at school, had some running around to do, ended up spending part of the day at the ER with Kenny’s uncle, who thankfully is FINE ❤️, and somehow before the day was over we were back looking at motorhomes. And I’d personally like to thank Bubba (Kenny’s cousin) for looking Kenny right in the face and basically saying, “You only live once. Go get the motorhome.” Thank you, Bubba. I appreciate your service. 😂😂😂 We’re still weighing our options, so NO, we haven’t done anything yet! But if we do, y’all already know you’re coming along for the ride. Since we had such a late lunch, tonight’s dinner was just a little snacky snack, and OH MY GOODNESS, did I accidentally make something delicious. I stuffed pitted dates with jalapeño goat cheese mixed with chopped pistachios, wrapped them in prosciutto, drizzled them with balsamic glaze and hot honey, then baked them at 350° for about 30 minutes. Y’ALL. 😳 My house smells like a five-star restaurant, and these may be better than any I’ve ever ordered at one.
