Because buc-ees is only gonna target brands that can't defend themselves in court. They don't want an actual fight, they want easy wins

who ever owns the rights to Alvin the chipmunks should sue buccees for having too similar of a logo to their trade mark

Why do we build followings behind massive corporate brands? It’s weird and maybe we should stop.

Buc-ees logo looks more like an otter with buck teeth. They should be sued for not knowing what a beaver looks like.

And the evil beaver JUST opened the first store in Ohio this year. Not even in the same town. The mini mart has been open for decades.

I also read that the beaver mart has been there for longer than Buc-ee’s has been a company.. so if anything Buc-ee’s is infringing on THEIR TM

No one is understanding what Buc-ee’s is doing. They KNOW they might not win these lawsuits. What they are doing is actually much more awful. They are going to force these businesses to close due to the financial strain of legal battles and be the last one standing. It’s despicable. I hope people actually “cancel” them fr

I'm local to that area and my social feeds are flooded with local businesses adding beavers to their logos in solidarity with the small business. It's been amazing to see the community come together on this.
