Twenty years at this checkpoint and people still insist I could read the label on their shampoo. I do not see colours the way you do and I do not see brands. I see shapes and density, and the machine colours it for me. Organic comes up orange, which is food, liquid, plastic, wood and paper. Metal comes up blue. Everything in between comes up green. So I am reading silhouettes. A hairbrush and a small wrench can land close enough that I cannot tell which it is, so I open the bag and look. Stop stacking.
