He’s meticulous. The only thing I was hung up on was his opening statement and then I saw a video by another lawyer (big mama esq.) who explained that he has intentionally toed the line and he carefully suggested that no one is denying that Lindsey did this because it kept Patrick’s guard down. He needed to get Patrick’s testimony without him pleading the 5th or getting a lawyer. Brilliant! Even the civil case was worded in a way to make him feel at ease.
