@liaz888: I kinked my back or something cause its been sore the last 3 days but it definitely would have been worse had I not had my collagen shot!! Cause it doesn’t just focus on skin and hair it helps with joint/muscle support… so I know it’s made a difference! That why the collagen you use matters. 🤌🏻
