No I do not use it for running anymore. Close to 30 medical procedures and a fused ankle later my body has other plans. But here is what it is perfect for. Getting in and out of the water. My walking leg is not exactly water friendly so the running foot is my go to for the cold plunge and the pool. Now if I go lap swimming I take the leg off entirely. Which is exactly how the duck situation happens. Circular laps. Very confused pool. You are welcome for that visual. My every day foot in a Fillauer AllPro direct mount that's basically a running blade with a heel tab. I live literally a half mile from the Monterey Bay coastline. I keep telling myself that I need to charge into the water. Maybe I'll do that today. Yes, I'm going to. Today!
