I was on this highway and a guy was trying to merge on I couldn’t get over and he almost hit me trying to merge

Dude that is how it is every day 😂 I had that experience when I was driving and the person in front of me was going left and they had a green arrow and they stopped in front of me to let the cars in front of us to go and I honked and then they sped off😂
