Rabbits have too little fat so our bodies can’t process all the protein. Therefore our body has to burn it’s own tissue in order to find fat, for us to process daily consumption of rabbit meat. Now u don’t have to watch the whole video :)

here in the example he describe a rare scenario bit in real life it can be paired with fats and can be consumed safely and obviously in real life no body consumes a single meat as a meal for years. it's still a consumable meat and some people does eat rabbit meat
