Or use ai to do recon and research of the company and the person interviewing you beforehand. Create small talk, find an interest they like and get them to talk about it or find something you two can relate to. Make them subconsciously set the expectation that you’re a likable person. Then find out things about the company, make a list of questions about them, make positive comments about their body of work. Legitimately show you’re interested. 😂
