But would defunding them create more police officers like this? Rather than funding them more, which creates better hiring, training, and resources? I think it relates to DEI and just hiring anyone, Americas police is a joke. And look at Mexico, their police are severely underfunded which results in more corruption, understaffed and underpaid. Unless u mean abolishing
