I smoked 🚬 for about 10 years and decided one day I was gonna quit and it wasnt bad. I started vaping and vaped for 5 years and needed to quit and LITERALLY thought I was gonna die. It was so hard 😫 but in 10 days Ill be 9 months nicotine free! oh...and I done it with NO alternative.

@Courtney Cutaia you influenced me to try these when they first reached out to you and when you first stated posting about it. It has now been 2 years since I have touched a vape including the nicotine free ones! I appreciate you educating us about the products! It took me probably 6 months to loose my craving and stopped using these all together. Everything thinks quiting cold turkey works, I can tell you IT DOES NOT! This is a great way to easy of of doing it and eventually you will just care less! Also vapes (depending what you get) are expensive and in this economy we can’t afford that, on top of that so bad for your Health! It’s crazy how much my stamina and breathing improved after quitting
