The safest approach is to slow down before the bend, select an appropriate speed, and keep the car well positioned on your side of the road. In this clip, the learner approached the bend slightly too fast. A bus appeared coming the other way and, because larger vehicles often need extra space around tight bends, it came very close to us. I had to take hold of the steering wheel to help maintain control and avoid a collision. slower approach would have given better control, more time to react, and allowed the car to stay neat and close to our side of the road.
