Something about the timing here keeps bugging me. Dec 6: Jollotta raises possible bipolar disorder, Patrick says “my wife is not bipolar.” Same week (Dec 8-10, per the nanny’s testimony): the nanny is let go right as Lindsay stops working, right when she’s saying for months she needs help. Also around this time: Patrick voices concern about her being on a benzo to another provider. Three separate moments, all clustered in the same short window, all involving Patrick shaping either the diagnosis, the meds, or the support system. Maybe it’s nothing. But as someone who grew up around a parent who controlled the mental health narrative in our house, this pattern feels familiar. Curious if I’m off base or if others are seeing it too.

So he spoke for Lindsay while she sat and said nothing and that wasn’t a red flag at ALL? My husband is top tier in the hubby category but even my doctor asks me overtop of my husband even if he slightly nods/answers for me.

I don’t think sh was either but she definitely had PPD that turned into psychosis cause these stupid dr couldn’t get her meds right or god forbid they communicate. They floundered to help her while just pushing meds and more meds that took months to get to level then change again. Ridiculous

People are so scared of being diagnosed more than the symptoms and actions of the diagnosis. We have to change the stigma around mental health. IT WILL SAVE LIVES!

Bipolar can make you have black out psychosis like this too 😭 my dad went thru it but it was bc his wife (my mom) had someone call him and tell him that my mom and I died. The stress of thinking we were dead triggered it genetically in him and he was found on the street with a knife trying to self harm. 😭
