AnyWho, so a lot of people are not aware, Wanda Maximoff has Romani heritage. The reason that she has on many occasions, danced the flamenco(she has an emote), is because that the flamenco dance takes inspiration from multiple different cultures, including that of the Romani. In the comics even, she has been shown to have known how to dance the flamenco since an early age and has been depicted doing so on multiple occasions, even in the older runs.
