I have been on the receiving end of this. My partner and I had a disagreement. He said something that upset me and it made me cry (I don’t think he actually meant to upset me). He was furious that I cried infront of my children because it makes him look like the bad guy and said I was manipulating the situation to make him look like he was in the wrong. I tried to explain why I was upset and why what he said upset me and all I got was a cold ‘I’m not interested’ (it was a valid reason as to why I was upset not an over reaction). He then claimed I was a red flag because I was manipulating the whole situation to make him look like a bad person. When I knew I was about to cry I did run to the bathroom so that the kids didn’t see it, I handled the situation the best that I could. It never even entered my head that me crying because of something he said will make him look bad infront of the kids. In his eyes me running to the bathroom wasn’t good enough and I should have better control of my emotions. Is this narcissism?

The guy I have been seeing for 9 months has ghosted me all of a sudden. This happened Thursday afternoon after he spoke to me Thursday morning. Haven’t heard from him since and I’ve been left on delivered and for what reason I don’t know 😢 he hasn’t blocked me but just leaving me hanging!

True up to a certain extent. there are times when someone is being a dick and you just don't want to talk to them right now it's simple because if I'm mad I literally don't want to talk to any one at all
