No to everything but the prenatal vitamins. Such a waste of money. My list: 1) ice packs to use for shot zone; 2) caddy to hold all needles/wipes, etc.; 3) good prenatal vitamins; 4) IVF motivation cards off Etsy to stay positive; and 5) a good acupuncturist for sessions.

YES on all of these but ESPECIALLY auto injector. It has made PIO so much easier. I truly have no idea how I would have done it otherwise. It’s taken so much of the anxiety out of IM injections.
