I just stayed there last week but wasn’t impressed I prefer the Howard Johnson on Harbor or the Candy Cane Inn

It’s a hard pass for my family. The last time we stayed there, our mattress was wet with pee! The hotel staff was rude when I went to complain and demanded to change rooms.

Stayed there for the first time a few years ago for a Christmas trip to Disneyland and now I’ll be going back for a Halloween trip. Can’t wait to see how it will be decorated for spooky season.

Never booked this hotel. We had raw sewage back up into our room that got us severely sick and the front desk manager treated me like it was my fault. The shuttle were broken. Absolute nightmare to stay here.

Haunting Tulips :
We hated this hotel when we stayed here a few months ago! We found some dead bugs in the corner of our room when we first checked in and the bathroom was so small! We had to stand next to the toilet to close the bathroom door since it was only about an inch or 2 from the front of the toilet. The staff was incredibly rude at check out and they had hidden fees they didn’t care to explain when we were leaving. 2/10 would definitely not recommend this place!

the upgraded rooms are so nice! we really like this hotel quite a bit. crazy front row view of the Disneyland fireworks too

we stayed here last year in September. and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. we did have a larger room since either was. my wife, son and I plus my wife 's parents. bit the room was great, service was great, the shuttle was awesome.
