This is a really solid first-time Florence list. My biggest advice though: don’t try to cram Florence into a checklist. The Accademia and Uffizi are absolutely worth doing, and I strongly recommend a guide for the Uffizi because understanding what you’re looking at completely changes the experience. But Florence is also a city you need time to just wander. Cross the Arno into Oltrarno, stop for aperitivo, eat bistecca alla Fiorentina, and leave room for the places you didn’t plan to find. And if you only have 3 days, I’d personally keep the Tuscany day trip for another visit. Florence deserves those 3 days.
