They hire anyone with a driver's license regardless if they've ever driven anything that big before, then tell them they have an unrealistic delivery schedule. So combine amateur drivers and tell them to haul ass and you have a recipe for disaster.

I had a DSP like that the first day I was there. He was screaming about how vehicles were getting stuck in the worst blizzard we had in years. Went on for 15 mins. I waited till he was done before I went up to him and said, “I can do better”, before I left. He ended up blowing up my phone later that day, never will work for Amazon ever again.
