have you tried citymapper? it does multi type routing like bike plus transit and allows you to select quieter routes

I’ve tested out Geovelo on a few rides, and I agree it def took me through safer routes. My issues with it is that rides sometimes took much longer time (15 vs 30 mins). The biggest issue I’ve seen is that I’m not able to search addresses (some addresses just don’t pull up). Ultimately, I gave up on it for that main reason, and decided on planning my route myself before going somewhere new. Hopefully the app gets better later, def great potential for cyclists

Routing a biker through Sullivan for ANY reason is nuts. It's the worst part of the city for pedestrians, bikers AND drivers. A horror show

I prefer the second one. I also have a service dog who sometimes rides in a basket or runs along side me and I prioritize her safer far above mine! the first route was not safe for anyone
