I think you are allergic to something in your skincare and also perioral dermatitis maybe use a sulfur mask and then simplify your skincare to just a fragrance free wash and a gel moisturizer

have you tried pure tea tree oil ? I know it has definitely helped me. it takes the pain away rather quickly and helps dry out the pimple
