Coraçãozinho ao molho com pão francês 🤎🔥 Ingredientes: • 1 kg de coração de frango limpo • 1 cebola grande picada • 4 dentes de alho amassados • 2 colheres de manteiga ou banha • 1 colher de molho inglês • 2 colheres de shoyu • 1 colher de extrato de tomate • 300 ml de caldo de carne • 1 colher (chá) de páprica defumada • Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto • Cheiro-verde • Pão francês para acompanhar Modo de fazer: No tacho bem quente, derreta a manteiga ou banha e doure bem os corações. Acrescente a cebola e o alho e deixe refogar. Junte o molho inglês, o shoyu, o extrato de tomate e a páprica. Adicione o caldo de carne, acerte o sal e a pimenta e deixe cozinhar até o molho reduzir e ficar bem encorpado. Finalize com cheiro-verde e sirva bem quentinho com pão francês. 🤤🔥
